Cochinita Pibil - A classic from the Yucatan. Tender pork roasted in a tangy achiote seed and wrapped in banana leaves
Cortadillo - Tender beef tips in a lightly spiced tomato sauce
Cabrito - A Northern Mexico specialty. Young goat baked in a tomato and herbs sauce
Puerco Verde - A classic Oaxacan mole. Tender pork braised with epazote, Hoja santa and chayote
Chile en Nogada - Our Award-winning Entree. Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with minced pork, almonds, and raisins. Covered with a creamy walnut sauce
Birria - We marinate a leg of lamb in ancho pepper, wrap it in a banana leaf and slow-cook it. Served with plenty of 'lamb broth' in the classic Jalisco-style
Classic Mole - House-made with pasilla and ancho peppers, Chicken Breast and the perfect balance of nuts, chocolate and spices. (extra charge for Pan-roasted Duck Breast)
